He sees the bright side of any situation; Radiator Springs just wouldn't be the same without him. mater's not only McQueen's best friend, but he's also his biggest fan. He is there for McQueen following a big crash. Even when McQueen is on the road, Mater is always only a phone call away. And he'd drive across the country to cheer on his best buddy at a race."

She even bought a motel and restored it to its original condition, and she has no plans of stopping there. She'd fix the town building by building if that's what it took."

He keeps his private life private. But if you've got a bad spark plug or a rattle in your engine, his door is always open."
Meet the Cars (2017): "Doc Hudson as The Fabulous Hudson Hornet was a car of few words but many talents. He not only served as Radiator Springs' judge, but he was also the resident doctor. Doc was respected and admired by the townsfolk for the way he looked after them. It wasn't until a hotshot rookie named Lightning McQueen roared into town that another side of the ol' judge was revealed. With his crew chief and sponsor, Smokey, Hud (his nickname during his legendary racing days) won three Piston Cups and held the record for most wins in a single season. Despite a rocky start, Doc and Lightning became great friends and an unstoppable racing team."

She was headed west with a group of models when her chaperone got fuel-pump problems just outside of town. Flo and the other show-car girls spent an unforgettable night in Radiator Springs. While she was there, Flo's paint got scratched. But when she went to Ramone for a paint job, he refused. It wasn't because he was too good to paint her, but because she was too good to be painted. When the girls left, Flo stayed. She and Ramone have been together ever since."
